MAIC Privacy Policy

The Motor Accident Insurance Commission (MAIC) is a statutory body and a portfolio office of Queensland Treasury. Reference to MAIC is made within the Queensland Treasury Privacy Plan and, with respect to all issues relevant to privacy, MAIC has adopted the principles of the Queensland Treasury Privacy Plan.
