Conditional Registration

Conditional registration is a registration scheme for non-standard vehicles including agricultural, construction and recreational vehicles that previously were exempt or unable to be registered. Conditional registration gives you access to Queensland's roads and the protection of Compulsory Third Party (CTP) personal injury insurance. Under the CTP policy of insurance, the person insured is insured against unlimited liability for personal injury caused by through or in connection with the use of the insured motor vehicle in incidents to which the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 applies.
