Consumer info on legal services
The Legal Services Commission (LSC) publishes a variety of consumer guides and factsheets on their website www.lsc.qld.gov.au to help users of legal services be better informed. The information includes the nature of the legal system, the legal services and products available, and consumers’ rights and obligations.
On 17 October 2011 the LSC published a consumer guide covering ‘No win, no fee’ costs agreements.
